Turnip Kebab recipe how to make delicious kebab

Indent the middle along with your thumb and press a little of the stuffing mixture into it. Fold the edges over carefully and reshape into a smooth flat shape. Repeat with remaining mixture. Fry on low heat with little oil.

  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

For Stuffing

  • Fresh mint 1 bunch
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Ginger 1 small
  • Green chilies 2
  • Onion 1 small size, cut into small pieces
