Method of Chicken Spring

For Chicken spring marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour with garlic, salt and vinegar. Mix white flour, eggs, cornflour and soya sauce in a bowl. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and dip in the white flour mixture so that the chicken is well covered with the batter.

Pour oil in a wok, heat it and then fry the chicken pieces on low heat until golden brown. Take out and drain on absorbent paper. serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 1/2 kg (make 12 pieces)
  • Cornflour 2 cup
  • White four 2 tbsp

  • Black Pepper (ground) 1/2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp (crushed)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil 2 1/2 cups
