Method of green peas parathas

For green peas parathas boil the peas in water when completely soft, mash them to a smooth paste. Then in a very very separate pan heat two tablespoons of the oil, add all the spices and also the paste of peas. Stir on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, remove from the warmth.

Put the four and salt in a very very bowl and blend together, gradually adding water and bind the mixture into a soft dough. Smear a tiny low amount oil on the simplest surface and after a second turn it all over again, spread some more oil on the surface and along the edges of the parathas. Repeat the process once more. Remove from the pan. Repeat the identical with all the portions, continue it an an absorbent paper.

  • Dried pomegranate seeds 3 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onion 1
  • Soya 1 bunch
  • Re chili 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour 1 kg
  • Cooking oil 2 cups
